My name is Gunnar Bernhard Ingebrigtsen, I live in the beatiful town called Lillehammer, Norway. I have attended HCSC in 2022 and 2024.
In 2022, I had a song called “Hold Me”, where Roy Vorland (from Bergen, Norway) was the vocalist — and that song actually won the contest that year!
The second time was in 2024, when I finished in 17th place with the song “Peace of Mind”
Now I’m trying again with “Fly Away”, where everything is done by me, myself and I in my home studio.
“Fly Away” is about lost love — the kind that leaves deep marks in a young man’s heart… and never truly fades away.
«Fly away» was originally written in the early 2000s, and the melody has changed “colors” many times before finally finding its current form — 22 years after it was first created.
It’s a typical classic 80s–90s style ballad — I hope you’ll enjoy it.
