I was born in Spain, but I live in London. Most of my song writing is influenced by acoustic folk (Luis E. Aute, Franco Battiato, Vainica Doble), however I occasionally write pop, which I love. Two of my songs reached Eurovision national finals (which I thoroughly enjoyed): El Sol Brillará (Spain 2011) and The Point Of No Return (Switzerland 2012).
The song I am submitting was born at the start of the pandemic, as I was so worried I would not be allowed to travel abroad to visit my elderly mother. There is a happy ending to the story, however, as my mother has survived covid three times thus far and is looking forward to celebrating her 100th birthday in May!
